Täby Air Maintenance, TAM, has signed an agreement with Swiss airline SkyWork Airlines to provide line- and base maintenance for its new fleet of Saab 2000 50-seat airliners. SkyWork Airlines is based in Bern, Switzerland. In July, SkyWork Airlines began operating two Saab 2000 aircraft, and TAM supports SkyWork Airlines with technical services needed to achieve the highest possible availability. To ensure this, a line-station with a specialized Saab 2000 engineer has been organized with SkyWork Airlines at their Bern operational base. In addition, TAM will also provide regular base maintenance at their Örebro technical base for SkyWork Airlines’ Saab 2000s.

– We are very pleased to have been selected by SkyWork Airlines to provide this vital service for them, says Pär Gulle, TAM Managing Director.

– With our vast experience and focus on the Saab family of airliners, I am confident we will be able to give SkyWork Airlines the best available support, allowing them to offer a flawless service to their passengers, Pär Gulle summarizes.

– The fleet expansion with Saab 2000 aircraft allows us more flexibility in network planning. We are happy to have TAM as a distinguished partner for maintenance, says Martin Inäbnit, CEO SkyWork Airlines.
