Saab 2000F cargo

TAM have developed a Cargo conversion STC of the high-speed turboprop aircraft Saab 2000, based on TAM’s successful Saab 340 Cargo STC. The aircraft has an impressive performance, not only the speed, but also the handling of strong crosswinds during landing as well as an impressive climb performance.

The STC is under final approval by EASA and will be followed by FAA approval.

Conversion work ongoing

September 2022 – Extensive airframe reinforcements will ensure that the six 9G netted cargo bays will remain in place.

January 2023 – Giving the final touch to panelling the voluminous cargo compartment of the first Saab 2000F Cargo  in order to have it readied for its first flight.

January 2023 – The first Saab 2000F Cargo is being readied for its first flight.
